This hand book should be brought to school daily, without fail.
For admission a child should fulfill the corresponding age requirements for admission to next higher class.
Admission cannot be claimed as a matter of right.
At the time of admission, the following particulars are to be furnished.
Admission & Withdrawal
Transfer Certificate countersigned by proper authority.
Birth Certificate.
Community Certificate.
Aadhar Card
Applications for TC should be made in writing by the parents. TC shall not be issued unless all outstanding dues for the whole year is paid.
Application for TC must be submitted before Feb -28. For delayed application, TC will be issued only after the payment of the term fee.
TC will be given only to the parents.
In case when the parents get transferred - issue of TC will be favorably considered, provided a copy of the transfer order is submitted.
Admission
Parents seeking admission for their child in Sri Jnanakshi KinderWorld Preschool for the Academic Year 2025-26 may you can register on Offline and also on online for Pre-Primary. ONLINE facilities are available.
PROCESS FOR REGISTRATION:
Read the guidelines and proceed to fill the registration form. (Please ensure that the names of student and parents are as per Aadhar card / Passport.)
If registering on line, please Upload Aadhar Card, Birth Certificate.
Caste certificate SC / ST/ OBC / Minority community
Upload latest passport size photo.
Submit the duly filled in form.
Make Online payment of Rs. 800/- towards registration fees.
Take a print out of the submitted form.
Documents to be submitted to the school along with the print out of the Registration form duly signed by both parents:
Copy of Aadhar Card
Copy of Birth Certificate
Caste Certificate if belong to SC/ ST/OBC/Minority community
Copy of receipt of processing fee paid online
Health report (if the child needs any special medical attention)
Registration for admissions will be processed only after receiving the print out of the duly filled-in registration form and the above-mentioned documents. Exact date for registration will be announced in due course.
OFFLINE REGISTRATION:
There is provision for offline registration.
Parents can down load the form or can collect the Registration form on payment of Rs 800/ from the office.
Tentatively from 10th October 2024 onwards between 10am to 4pm every working day. After filling up the form, submit the same along with the documents mentioned above .
